Seen & Believed ISVA Services provides specialist, independent support for employees affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence.
The service is led by an experienced Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) with a background working within multi-agency safeguarding environments, including close liaison with statutory services and helpline provision. Support is trauma-informed, safeguarding-led, and delivered with clear professional boundaries.

Personal 1:1 Consultations
Individual, confidential sessions with a specialist practitioner experienced in domestic abuse and sexual violence, tailored to the employee’s needs and circumstances.
Risk Assessment & Safety Planning
Structured assessment of risk, including ongoing review, with practical safety planning that responds to changing circumstances and prioritises the individual’s safety.

Clear, non-directive support to help individuals understand their options and make informed decisions about disclosure, reporting, or next steps, without pressure.

Well-defined safeguarding thresholds and referral pathways, with experience working alongside statutory and specialist services when higher-risk intervention is required.
